Tocumen International Airport has now new currency exchange service under Travelex brand. The first kiosk has already been opened; other two will be ready to serve customers in a few weeks in different parts of terminal.
This is part of the plan of converting Tocumen into a full functioning hub between South and North America. At present there direct flights to 83 destinations around the world.
New service will definitely improve quality of service for all passengers. Travelex is able to provide exchange services in more than 40 currencies. Founder of the company Lloyd Dorfman visited the opening ceremony. He noticed that Latin America is the strategic region in plans of Travelex development. Travelex hopes to bring its flawless reputation to Panama. Company does about 2,000 transactions per hour worldwide.
