Panama truly becomes not only the central hub for Central and Latino America, but one of most noticeable destinations.

What concerns North America, Copa Airlines will launch a service between Panama and Montreal on June 3 with four non-stop flights weekly.
The flights will accommodate the growing affinity Quebec tourists have for Panama, and will also position Panama City’s Tocumen International Airport as a connection hub to transfer passengers on to Copa’s 55 destination cities in the Americas.
Moreover, United Airlines will fly from Denver to Panama City starting December 3. The new route will operate with a 118-seat airline plans to offer daily service on a 118-seat Boeing 737-700 jet. Daily flights will be scheduled from November through August and five flights a week in September and October.
Transport has also improved within Panama City with the opening earlier this month of a new Metro system which allows visitors to travel quickly from the main hotel area to the Old Town, the Albrook Shopping Mall, the Seafood Market or the Cinta Costera seafront viaduct, amongst other attractions.
The new metro line runs for 13.7 kms across the city and has 12 modern stations offering ample space as well as lifts and escalators. The air-conditioned trains have capacity for 200 people each.
