One of the most luxurious malls not only in Panama, but entire Latin America is getting ready for its grand opening. It will open its doors May the 12th, 2015.
At the “pre-opening” in May there will be nine different brand stores, but in September, that’s when the mall and entire business center begins its full operations, there will be many more.
Soho Mall is a project worth $360 million. It will be the showroom for such premium brands as Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Carolina Herrera, Michael Kors, Hackett, Tods, Saint Laurent, Burberry, Studio F, Prada, Dior, Giuseppe Zanotti, Cole Haan and others. For some of them this will be their first appearance in Panama.
The business center itself will become the core and the heart of financial district of Panama City. Soho Developers Inc., developed the project under the LEED concept (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design), which means the building will contain commercial departments, a hotel, a casino, all united under the same roof of two modern-looking towers.
The representatives of Soho Developers admit that until now nobody have tried to create anything similar to Soho. The center carries the name of one of Manhattan districts, famous for its luxurious boutiques stores and bohemian lifestyle.
Besides the mall and the office spaces, the center will contain first in Central America Ritz Carlton hotel with 226 rooms, 80 suites, big ballroom, and restaurants with different cuisines, which are expected to open in February of 2016.
Soho will also include a casino administrated by the Spanish Egasa, the second biggest casino operator in Europe. The casino will also open its doors in the first months of then next year.
