A real estate trade fair Expo Vivienda which will be an event in Panama from January 29 to February 2, 2014 is expected to make more than $150 million in transactions.
For those who wish to improve the living condition and purchase their first housing, such fair in Panama has become the major event, reports Panama America.
According to Joseph Boyd, the President of the organizing committee, more than 100 companies in real estate business have already confirmed their participation in the trade fair. There will be 150 exhibitors, among them developers, real estate agencies, banks, and insurance companies.
The organization in charge of the Fair is the Panamanian Association of Realtors. There will be also a sector with international developers.
