Overview of the real estate market in Punta Pacifica

Punta Pacifica is a small peninsula in the central part of the city with modern skyscrapers mostly filled with luxury apartments. There are 28 completed building in the moment, which in total contains more than 3,000 units.

This figure includes 448 apartments, which are under construction in the project called Grand Tower. The average price per square meter for buildings varies greatly. The lowest price so far in Pacific Star - $ 1,833 per square meter.

These prices have been obtained by averaging the values ​​of a number of large real estate companies.

The forecast for the future says that prices tend to stabilize at a certain level, as the potential for growth has been reached. The only impact for the market can be caused by Grand Tower, but according to the developer, more than 80% of the apartments are either sold or have deposits, which means market hardly be affected upon the completion of Grand Tower.
